Review // Lush Oxford Street Exclusives pt I

Ooh, Lush! Lovely, lovely Lush! I was super excited to visit Lush Oxford Street a few weeks ago and managed to get my hands on a few of the exclusive products, although not nearly all 200+! One day, perhaps!

In the photo above, you can also see Superbalm and Rub Rub Rub which I won't be reviewing here as they're not exclusives (and I've already reviewed Rub Rub Rub) but, let me tell you, that tub is the size of my face!

If I had to sum up the Lush Oxford Street exclusives in one word, it would be "glitter". I get the feeling that there's someone in the factory saying "You know what would make this better? GLITTER!" If you're not a fan of sparkly bath bombs, I'd stay well away!

101 in 1001 XXVII

I made a little mistake with my new 101 in 1001 goals. They're all pretty ambitious! This means my monthly updates aren't going to be quite as packed as the last set. In fact, I couldn't publish an update last month because I'd only achieved one goal! So consider this my update for April and May!

#53 Write a book

I'm starting to! You can read all about it here and I'm hoping it will be available early next month!

Tuesday

Book Landing Page Reveal!

As I've mentioned once or twice over the past couple of weeks, I am writing a book! Of course I am super duper excited and want it all done now now now but it's taking some patience (unfortunately!)
However, in the meantime, I have written up a landing page with all the information about my book. Whenever there is an update, it will go up on the page so all the details will be in one place.

Monday

A stay in York with Travelodge

I do love me a good Travelodge so I was over the moon when I was invited to stay at York Central Travelodge for a couple of nights. A chance to explore a historic city I had never before visited! Needless to say, it was a great trip!

Plus Size Polkadot Swimsuit

I adore swimwear but, as someone who is both plus-size and quite... ample in the bust department, it can be very difficult to buy. Either they're sold in generic sizes, which never fit my top, or they're available in cup sizes which rarely reach my size. Then, of course, when I do find something to fit, it's usually plain and dowdy. So imagine my delight when I checked out the House of Fraser swimwear department and found that they have swimwear up to a 36H! Rejoice!

Sunday

Graduate Fashion Week with George at Asda

This weekend, I had the pleasure of being invited to Graduate Fashion Week as a guest of George at Asda to take over their Instagram account. George at Asda were the principal sponsor of GFW this year so it was a huge honour and also a little scary. The pressure! Luckily, all the George girls were as lovely as you'd expect and fully welcomed me as an honorary member of their crew!

Sponsor Becky Bedbug in June

This might be a tremendously optimistic thing to say but I truly believe it: Big things are happening with this blog! What with my opportunity to devote more time to it, my speeding up of readership and some incredibly exciting collaborations in the past couple of weeks, it really feels like I'm on the cusp of something special. There. I said it!
Of course, this brings good news for my sponsors too! More traffic = more eyes on your ads and more click-throughs. And, because it's June, I'm doing my annual birthday discount. This month I'm turning 27, so all ad spots bought in the month of June will have 27% off with the code BIRTHDAY.

For all the information, including what you get with sponsorships, my latest statistics and how to buy an ad spot, head over to my sponsorship page.
