OOTD // Orange Folk Dress

After visiting Austria and wearing this adorable folk dress, I thought it would be fun to find a similar dress for my summer trip. This orange Alice & You number was perfect with its light crepe material and bright embroidered detail. Plus size orange folk dress
One thing I really love about this dress is the stretched waistband. As my bust and hips are a lot larger than my waist, I generally find I end up with a baggy waistband so this is perfect for giving my figure some definition. Orange isn't a colour I would usually wear but I really like the way it looks on me so maybe I'll start buying some more! Plus size orange dressThe sizing is also fairly generous, with a wide opening for the sleeves. Unfortunately it's no longer on sale so I must have picked it up just in time!Alice and You folk dress
These photos were taken at the Four Seasons Hampshire, the most gorgeous spa resort in the countryside. After thoroughly enjoying my visit in 2014, Rich suggested we go back for an anniversary treat. It was absolutely lovely but I'll have another post on that soon!

In other news, I've bought some legging shorts so all those people who keep telling me to get my legs out (or, more bluntly, "I hate your leggings") will be happy!
