Today I headed off to Judy's Vintage Market at Spitalfields. It was a lot of fun but more on that tomorrow.

Since it's the Olympics, I thought I'd go festive with this red, white and blue 60s tennis dress (yeah, yeah, I think it's a scooter dress too but can we just pretend for today?). Teamed with white tennis shoes, I think I looked quite the part. Even if I do say so myself!

The best thing about this dress is that it's not really a dress. Look, you lift up this flap at the front and it's a playsuit!
Perfect for English weather! A sudden gust of wind is no match to my dress/ shorts combo. No more pants-flashing for me!

  20. That IS clever! It's like those skirts with shorts underneath my mum used to buy me when I was small (I was a lover of hanging upside down from the monkey bars and it evaded the barbie knickers-flash). I have lacey black shorts I wear under skirts/when it's windy that do the same thing, they are very necessary, although sometimes people think I've just got massive knickerbocker undies on!
