Well, this month has been pretty jampacked! Two holidays, a theatre trip, and a superhuman amount of studying (even if I do say so myself!). My goals are coming along very nicely!
#15 Visit Sweden
After years of saying "One day I'll go to Stockholm", I finally did it! It was very snowy but a lot of fun! Read all about it here: Part one & part two
#47 Sort out the spare room
We started this in the summer so I would have a little office space to study. It went really well... and then we just piled all the stuff to sort out on the spare bed and left it there for weeks on end. Eventually, Ami came to stay and we were forced to sort it out once and for all. There's still a little work to be done but after five years of using the spare room as a storage facility, we finally have a cute, workable office-slash-room for guests!
#61 See 5 shows 8/5
I guess five was a little pessimistic since I'm now on number eight! I took Myles to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (who would expect a 17 year old professional footballer to be interested in family-friendly Sunday matinees?) and we had a great time!
#90 Read 125 books 78/125
Still not great considering my past reading performance but at least it's better than October! I seem to be balancing study and life a little better, although I have three assignments to hand in within the next two weeks so that's going to throw a spanner in the works! I actually read an extra book not photographed here- We Should All Be Feminists.
On top of all this, I've gone to Germany but that will be in next month's review as I'm typing this four days before the trip and will have only just landed by the time this post goes live. Not too shabby, right?

Sounds like you've had a fabulous month Becky. Jealous of your travels to Stockholm and the spare room/office looks great! I used to go to the pantomime every year at Christmas as a child and this has me itching to go back x
ReplyDeleteYou're doing fantastically well with your goals. Very jealous of your trip to Sweden, it's a place I would love to go! x www.aimeeraindropwrites.co.uk x
