Beauty Storage

I own a fair amount of beauty products. Not as excessive as my collection of shoes, but still pretty substantial. So, of course, I need an organised system. I have two dressing tables, so there's plenty of space to keep everything tucked away.

This is my make up drawer, where I store the make up that I don't frequently wear. As you can see, there is one box for eyes, one for face, one for lips and one for samples. Anything that won't fit gets stuffed around the sides.

These boxes came from one of those funny little home shops that sells really tacky stuff and, bizarrely, smoking paraphernalia (You know the ones). They had lids on but I snapped them off so that they would fit in the drawers. 

The make up that I use on a daily basis lives in my make up bag. It's on the floor until I eventually get round to buying a mirror for my dressing table. I've lived here 16 months and I still haven't got one. 

I keep hair products and other miscellany in these drawers. I swear I have more hair products than this. I'm not entirely sure where they were when I took this photo! As you can see, I have no system here. It's a throw-it-all-in-and-worry-later jobby. 

Finally, my pride and joy lives on top of the dressing table next to my wardrobe, tucked in a corner and shielded from any sunlight. I keep them all in their boxes since I don't want them to spoil.
