Ever since I bought this top, I have been aching for a blue pleated skirt. I picked this one up in the Zara sales but I'm not entirely sure what I think about it. I like the look but the zip at the side is funny. It bunches up and goes all bumpy.

Rich is away all of today and I have no work to do. Well, there's always work for me to do (a teacher's work is never done) but nothing that needs to be prepared for the next 1 week and 4 days. Counting down until the summer? Me?

I'm surprised at how boring it is to stay at home and do nothing. I thought this was all I wanted to do for the whole summer break. 8 hours in to this one weekend and I'm already twiddling my thumbs. Guess I'll have to plan lots of fun activities for summer.

    Work it, girl! You look absolutely beautiful! That blue color is fantastic on you; I really dig your pleated skirt. :) I feel you on the figuring out how to do nothing properly part. :P I'm on "vacation" but I've kept myself to a strict writing schedule, which keeps me very busy. You should find some cool DIY projects to do! I want to do some when I get back to the States because I never have the time during the school year. :P

      Such a good suggestion to do DIY projects! I'm planning to do one DIY a week over summer. Hopefully that will keep me entertained!

      As somebody who did no work on their dissertation over summer and had to write the whole thing in 4 weeks, I thoroughly recommend you make a start on it over the summer!!

    I actually REALLY like this skirt, but its annoying when you get the bumpy zip thing, I cant see it on your skirt tho!?

      I can see it but maybe that's because I know it's there. Just below the hand on my waist, it's all lumpy at the side. So annoying!
