Birthday Present Haul

As you all know by now, it was my birthday on Thursday and I had a lovely birthday tea! A few people have asked what I got for my birthday, so I thought it would be fun to give you a little round up of my presents.

Rich has been squirrelling away presents for the past couple of weeks. Of course, as a classic computer geek, he bought everything online, meaning there were a fair few Parcelforce* deliveries at our house! It's so exciting when you know there's a present in there but you have to wait to find out what it is!

I finally got to tear the pretty pink polka-dotted paper off them (ooh, cracking alliteration!) and reveal the presents inside- Almost all of them clothing!

The bright print and mint babycord skater skirts are both from Topshop. I seriously love the shape and fit of their skater skirts. These take my collection up to 4 and I have no intention of stopping there! I was really surprised by the mint skirt- It's so, so soft! Almost like velvet! The red floral skirt is from River Island. It has suspenders suspenders! I cannot get enough of pinafore styles at the moment!

I was also given the gorgeous white floral dress (from Topshop, of course!). I saw Alex Jones wearing it on The One Show a few weeks ago and immediately suspected it was a Topshop number. A quick check of the website confirmed this and it went straight on the birthday list!
This present is one of the cutest- "Get out of Geek Night" vouchers. Every Thursday is Rich's Geek Night when he plays computer games uninterrupted from 9pm-12am. By redeeming one of these vouchers, I get to keep him for myself! I have four of them and he's assured me that it doesn't mean he'll just swap Geek Night to another evening!

I was very spoiled by the kids at work! I was given more chocolate than I could shake a stick at, two stuffed toys, two birthday badges, earrings, a charm with my name on and two gnomes, after I mentioned that I don't like the Ikea advert because I feel sorry for them!

Do I have the best class or what?
