Review: Eyeko Skinny Mini Eyeliner

Yep, I got this free with Marie Claire. I do love a good free gift, especially when it's eyeliner! I love the packaging. It's very simple with the matte silver finish, and the pen shape is really easy to hold. It's pretty small, which is fine for my tiny hands! The applicator is a very fine felt tip, so it's applicable in very thin strokes and easy to build up.
Unlike some other felt-tip style eyeliners, this one doesn't rub off the first layer when you add more (I'm looking at you Soap & Glory!). It's a really intense black and it is so durable- I've actually tried rubbing it off, just to see if it would, and it stuck fast!
Because it applies in such a fine line, it's perfect for a subtle work look, although I can build it up to a more dramatic look if I so wish. It also makes cat-eye flicks really easy! The full size version is £10 so it's really affordable. I definitely recommend it!

  3. Keep hearing amazing things about this! Not sure why I'm thinking about it so much when the mag is £3.90!

  4. I liked this the first time I used it, but it seems to run down really quickly. After a week of use, it's started to not be as pigmented. Rubbish. Will stick to the Avon eyeliner!

  8. I must have got a dud eyeliner as my freebie, for the first day it was fine .. for the first eye then it dried out a bit and the colour is barely showing, I cant imagine that im using it wrong.. I have used felt pen eyeliners for years so I just don't know whats wrong!
