Lunch in Basingstoke

Helen has recently finished university and moved back to Hampshire, so I recently met up with her for lunch and a spot of shopping in Basingstoke.
We ate lunch in Wagamama's, which, in the space of a week, has gone from being somewhere with mortifying memories to somewhere I really enjoy.

This time, I chose the beef teriyaki soba and it was incredible! I really recommend it. Absolutely delicious.

After filling up our tummies with delicious Japanese food, we headed over to Topshop and played Real Fashion Bloggers. Do I look the part?
Of course we had to stop off in Lush too. Helen is the best person to visit Lush with, as she used to work there so can tell you the ins and outs of all the products without that slightly intimidating sales pitch. I've just bought Catastrophe Cosmetic on her recommendation, so I'll let you know what I think of it.

It was lovely to chill out with Helen again, and we'll be visiting Brighton Pride together at the beginning of August, so I'm looking forward to that! Thanks for a great time, Helen!

  9. I really need to go to wagamamas, I can't remember the last time I went to one, yet I always go on about how amazing the food is there. I just wish it wasn't such a 'get in get out' service. KBxx

  10. Aren't we all real fashion bloggers in Topshop ;) Although, there's only one photo... maybe you need another 15 to really get it right.
