I'm a big fan of furry jackets. In fact, my very first post featured a rather spectacular furry jacket so it's a style I've enjoyed for several years now. This particular little number is from, surprisingly enough, Bon Marché and part of the David Emanuel line. It's amazingly heavy and snuggly, so it's perfect for keeping me warm on these cold, cold mornings.
I know what you're all thinking- Bon Marché isn't exactly the sort of place you would usually think of when adding to your wardrobe. Honestly, I thought the same thing... but then I looked on the site and found that, actually, there are some really gorgeous pieces such as this pink mac and this poodle jumper.
If I've learned anything this week, it's to broaden my horizons. From now on, I'll be more open-minded when it comes to the shops I try!
Ahh i love furry jackets! I have a huuge leopard print one that's soo warm! xo
ReplyDeleteSo cute! Must be very cold! n_n
ReplyDeleteLooking fabulous in that coat Miss Becky! I was out with my granny last week and she wanted to go into Edinburgh Woollen Mill, which I'd normally walk right past. I found a really nice short sleeved cardigan type thing which I very nearly bought until my granny said my aunty would probably knit me one! But it's true you can be pleasantly try surprised if you go somewhere you wouldn't normally go :) xxx
ReplyDeleteYou look fabulous in that coat!

I would never think to look there, but that coat is lovely :)
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of furry coats but I've never actually bought one. Generally, I just enjoy fondling them in the shop haha!
ReplyDeleteTo be honest I thought Bon Marche went under years ago, I had no idea they still exist! x
