I hope everybody had a wonderful Christmas! As always, Rich and I had a quiet day at home but this year we decided to do something a little different and go out for Christmas lunch.
I'm the sort of person who will wear the cracker hat all day. Yes, I wore it all the way home.
Rich isn't quite as convinced!
For our pudding, we were served an incredible giant profiterole sprinkled with hazelnuts and filled with chocolate praline cream. It was the most delicious thing I've ever eaten!
Please do let me know how you spent your day. I'd love to hear all about it!
I love your outfit, it's really Christmassy without being obvious. I wish I could wear the cracker hats, but my head is too big and my hair too bouncy, so they always fall off within about 10 minutes!
ReplyDeleteI wrote a post about my traditional family Christmas if you'd like to take a look at what I normally get up to!

I'd be one to wear a hat like that all the way home too. Why not? Christmas lunch sounds like a great idea and I really like the shiny red dress you wore. So cute!

Lovely outfit, that dress is so pretty! Also, seriously loving that giant profiterole.
ReplyDeleteI love the outfit! You look gorgeous. I've never been out for Christmas dinner, but Kris and I are thinking of going away for the holidays next year and maybe then we'll eat out.
ReplyDeleteMmm dessert!
